FOX Fall Schedule
Today FOX has unveiled its Fall and Midseason Schedules for the 2009-2010 Television season. Dollhouse has once again been placed on Friday nights, which comes with both pros and cons. On the plus side FOX will be expecting fewer viewers to turn in live, however this doesn't mean they will renew Dollhouse for a third time should it keep its finale ratings of 3million viewers with a 1.0 demo in adults 18-49. Dollhouse will definately need to pick up the pace for a renewal of both the back 9 episodes and any hope of a third season. DVR and online viewers should again help its situation, but we cannot rest on this to save it. On the down side the programs Dollhouse has been paired with will likely offer little ratings boosts. FOX has placed it with the new and returning half-hour comedies, Brothers and 'Til Death. Our only hope of this pairing is that Dollhouse will hopefully be opened up to a different set of viewers, although this is very unlikely. Whatever happens from here until the end, atleast we have reached a second season and will have one more shot to spread the word and make sure everyone knows about the little show that could. Below you will find the complete FOX schedule. JM

Call. Write. Tweet. Negotiations In Progress.
For days the cast has been working over-time to Tweet major developments in the renewal of Dollhouse. Eliza let us know that negotiations were in progress between FOX and Mutant Enemy, which included a season 2 pitch from Joss. I'm sure everyone has been working really hard to keep the show on the air but today Miracle Laurie stated the final decision would be made very soon and that we needed to show our support in full force. So please flood FOX network with all the tweets, e-mails, and calls you can manage. Show them our love for Dollhouse and the need for a second season.

Finale Thoughts
Wow. That's all I can say. Wow. What an amazing hour of television. I can't help but feel a little somber at what could be the end of a truly unique and original masterpiece. I waited for this show to premiere for what seemed like forever, now I can't believe it's over, possibly for good. I hope this motivates each and every one of you to fight for this show. We need a second season of Dollhouse. Although I know alot of you were on the fence with the first few episodes, I have loved it from day one, but most realize this show lived up to its full potential from "Man on the Steet." I am determined, now more than ever, to do everything within my capabilities to keep this show alive. So please keep tweeting, keep e-mailing, buy the dvd's, etc. Do anything and everything you think will help.
Goodbye and Goodnight. JM

Dolls Campaign
It's coming down to crunch time and FOX has yet to renew Dollhouse for a second season. In order to step up our game, some fans have come up with a campaign using actual dolls to help sway the decision of FOX executives. We need to show the company that Dollhouse has a loyal fanbase who will do whatever it takes to see this show succeed. Below I have posted the address to send your dolls to. You can use any type of doll you wish, however the closer the appearance resembles the cast the better. You could also use the dolls below, which I have linked pictures of. These include action figures of Eliza Dushku as Faith from Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Tahmoh Pennikett as Helo from Battlestar Galactica, and Amy Acker from Angel. Be sure to also include your thoughts on Dollhouse as well as your wish for a second season. Thanks everyone for supporting this amazing show and be sure to keep e-mailing, tweeting, and spreading the word, the season finale airs tomorrow night at 9/8c on FOX.

Voting Now Closed
I know alot of you were wondering why the link from my previous post no longer worked, it is because voting has closed for the Save One Show poll. Dollhouse not only made it to the second round of voting but also came in a respectable third position, behind only Terminator and Chuck. Good effort for everyone who voted, keep up the work e-mailing and writing FOX!

Letter To FOX
I know alot of you guys have been e-mailing FOX, which is awesome, but for those of you who have yet to do it, I thought I would make it a little easier. Below you will find a pre-written letter I scribed that you will be able to e-mail FOX to let them know you would like a second season of Dollhouse.
To Whom It May Concern
First, I would just like to say thank you on behalf of SCIFI fans everywhere for giving Dollhouse a spot on your Friday night line up. It is genuinely hard to find a witty, well written genre series which tugs on your morals one moment and creates a heart pounding action sequence the next. Truthfully, Dollhouse is a show that forces you to ask questions on what you believe is right and what you believe is not. There is no grey area and that is what I applaud you for. The fortitude to look at a series, seeing its endless potential to push the boundaries of television. My hope is that you continue this series, to show other broadcasting companies that you are about creating quality programming that although the fan base may be small, they are strong in spirit. A cult series like Dollhouse could go on to provide massive merchandising sales. This is proven in the fact of the programs DVR viewings, as well as being a huge hit on Hulu, Itunes, and Amazon. Dollhouse is the future of television and I would love nothing more than FOX to be the pioneers. I hope to see you this fall.
Sincerely,
Insert Name Here
Thanks for all your hard work and please continue to give Dollhouse all you can. Feel free to re-post this letter on any message boards you guys view.

This is all the information and ideas I have been able to gather so far. I will continue to post more as I find it, and please post any extra information you have in the comments section of the blog. Anything to help would be most appreciative. Remember to keep watching Dollhouse on Friday nights, we still have a few episodes left to turn things around and maybe a Prison Break lead in will help boost the numbers enough to let FOX executives consider saving Dollhouse.

There Are Three Flower's In A Vase, The Third Flower Is GREENLIGHT DOLLHOUSE
Not so long ago I created a blogger site called dollsactive to help create awareness of Joss Whedon and Eliza Dushku's new show "Dollhouse." Due to lack of time, I was never able to get the site off the ground. I had massive intentions of reviewing the show each week, posting photos, news, etc. Although unable to do this, I am now dedicated to save what I believe to be an entertaining and truly origninal scifi masterpiece. Although there have been up's and down's in the ratings and critiques of the show, Dollhouse has shaped into an amazingly unique program. Sadly, due to lack of promotion and a dreary spot on the death trap that is Friday nights, FOX has every opportunity to cancel this show. We have seen it done time and time again, spectacular shows getting axed before they really have a chance to develop, because as we all know if you are not a hit during the first season, chances are you won't see a second. While I understand FOX is going about this from a financial standpoint, they need to realize this show has a loyal, strong fan base which will not let this turn into another "Firefly." All FOX needs to do is throw a little time and effort into promoting the show. Although Eliza Dushku has spent much of her own time hitting the talk show circuit and trying to raise awareness, the actual company has done very little. The show has proven to be a huge hit with DVR and online viewers, with a little assistance this could be turned into live viewership. All that needs to be done is this:
1) Give Dollhouse a shot airing in a different time slot. Get away from Fridays and give the show a lead in from 24 or Fringe. Create a new night of scifi, instead of placing Dollhouse next to another failing show. This could immediately turn those DVR viewers to live if it were placed on a Monday or Tuesday night.
2) Promote the show. It's that simple. Place adds for the show on other stations and not just the night is airs. Send all cast members out to various talk shows, although there has been a ton of press online, general viewers are relatively unaware the show actually exists.
3) Let Joss helm the show he wants to create. Obviously the biggest problem from a critical stand point was the heavy hand of FOX in the original five episodes. Although they were entertaining and still had "Whedon" moments, the studio's efforts to create stand alone vs serialized really hurt the shows chances of survival.
So these are just a few of my ideas for FOX, please post any other ideas you have for the show and ways we can help SAVE DOLLHOUSE. In my next post I will share what information I have gathered so far to let people know what they can do to help.
Peace Out Brothers. JM.
